Ruth has been fostering two feral kittens and slowly working to gain their trust. Meanwhile, they've been wreaking havoc on her studio.
"Heck anyone can paint a snow scene, but this? Well, this is about the kittens too.
Some kinds of help are the kind of help, we all can do without. Painting with two kittens certainly has its challenges!" says Ruth Lefko with a laugh.
This title "With a Little Help from My Friends" is tentative while Ruth settles on the one that will stick. In the meantime, enjoy this beautiful snowscape created with acrylic and gold leaf using a photo from an early January 2022 near her home.
