"New River Trail Bridge (Brown)" by Joe Rees-Framed Canvas Photograph-Online

Crossing the New River in Allisonia, Virginia, this was a railroad bridge that has been incorporated into the state park system as a part of the New River Trail. Light falling across the bridge is from the last few minutes before the sun dips below the surrounding hills.

Taken on 03/09/2020, this photograph is printed onto canvas and mounted onto a 7-ply birch plywood for strength and stability. There is a 100% rag mat board between the plywood and canvas. All the components are put together with PVA acid-free glue. The frame is made by the photographer out of solid poplar and painted to compliment the photograph. The canvas print has a protective varnish coating instead of covering with glass. The photographer prints with a professional Epson printer using the best Epson ink and Epson canvas.
