I like to tuck surprises into paintings to give an underlying meaning, even if jokingly tongue in cheek.  This was painting for a themed show on recycling.  The discarded moonshine still and all the paraphernalia became recycled homes to the neighborhood animals even as over time they rusted and sank into the ground.
